Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry, but if it's not a perfect match, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain items like custom pieces and final sale jewelry are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
